Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request through our website is just that—a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once your stylist reaches out to you directly.

Pricing displayed on our website reflects “starting at” rates. Your final price will be confirmed at your appointment based on the specifics of your service (hair length, condition, desired result, etc.).

Cancellation & No-Shows

Each stylist sets their own cancellation policy, which will be communicated to you when your booking is confirmed. Please review this policy carefully, as a cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give your stylist as much notice as possible.

Deposits

Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. If a deposit is required, your stylist will let you know when confirming your booking.

Refund of deposits for cancelled or missed appointments is at the individual stylist's discretion.

Photo Uploads

Our booking form allows you to upload two types of photos:

• Inspiration photos — These are used internally by your stylist to prepare for your appointment. They are not published or shared publicly.
• Current hair photos — These are stored privately and deleted within 30 days of your appointment. They help your stylist understand your starting point.

Portfolio Images

The portfolio images displayed on our website are the original work of our stylists, shared from their professional social media accounts or captured in-salon. All portfolio content is used with the permission of the stylist who created it.

If we feature before-and-after photos or any images that include a client, we do so only with the client's explicit consent. If you see an image of yourself on our site and would like it removed, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Website Use

We ask that you use our website for its intended purpose. This means:

• Providing accurate information when submitting booking requests
• Not submitting false or misleading information
• Not attempting to abuse or interfere with our booking system

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and design—is owned by Parlor Hair Boutique unless otherwise noted. Please don't reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Hair services are personal and results can vary depending on your hair type, condition, history, and other factors. While our stylists are highly skilled professionals who will do their best to achieve your desired look, we cannot guarantee specific results.

Parlor Hair Boutique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, please reach out—we always want to make things right.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
